About

A Comedy of Errors was a new work created by Sir David Bintley (choreography), Matthew Hindson (composer) and Dick Bird (design) which was commissioned and premiered by the Sarasota Ballet in March 2002.

It is a two-act ballet based on Shakespeare’s play, “A Comedy of Errors”, transported to the party island of Ibiza. It’s a comedic work based around the concepts of two sets of separated twins leading to mistaken identities years later.

It was performed to great audience and critical acclaim in Sarasota, Florida.
